This was my first week back in the gym for training. I’ve been skipping through doing cardio workouts, but we hit the legs this week! It was more of a baseline to see where I am. Squats, lunges, leg curls, leg extensions, calf raises, and functional training. I was nervous at first, but I must say, I feel really good and stronger than I thought. With the help of HTC Radar, uploads and updates will be more prevalent. Gut-busting ab workouts next week, gonna get the core nice and strong. I’ll need some feedback when I post! Thanks!
