So remember last week when I said I wanted to see more in my glutes and legs? Well, I got what I asked for this week. Lunges with 25lbs dumbbells made me sore and focused! Had a setback unfortunately with illness right after that breakout training session 😥 I’ll be back at it next week, but my cardio will suffer…
