Strength Training: 6 weeks to competition!

Heavy leg training yesterday with 2X the reps! Coach and trainers see the increase in my strength. We worked arms in for a dedicated workout. I’m see nice definition and the inches are increasing in all the right places. Gotta find a bikini soon. Gonna need some help 😉
